Welcome to the XVII Symposium on Sleep and Breathing. We look forward to seeing you in New Zealand.

The deadline for registering for this Symposium is Monday 6 February 2023.

Registration Fees are Complimentary for the Symposium.
Accommodation rates for the 12th, 13th & 14th March 2023 are subsidised NZD200.00 by the Conference, any additional cost is payable by delegates.

Full Registration Includes:

Admission to all Symposium Sessions
Catering for the duration of the Symposium
Access to the Symposium Mobile App
Welcome Reception (Sunday), Welcome Dinner (Monday) & Conference Dinner (Tuesday)
Additional tickets to the Conference Dinner at Tantalus Winery on Waiheke are $145.00 per person

Acknowledgement
All registrations received prior to the start of the Symposium will be acknowledged in writing. Registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and link to your tax invoice. Please contact our Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) - Workz4U Conference Management with any questions conferences@w4u.co.nz.

Alterations
Alterations to your registration must be in writing to conferences@w4u.co.nz.

Payment for Accommodation deposit
Credit Cards: AMEX, Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
Credit Card payments will appear as Workz4U Conference Trust Limited on your statement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Managers.

Cancellations made prior to Monday 6 February 2023 will be refunded, less 15% to cover administration costs.
After Monday 6 February 2023 no refunds will be made.
All refunds will be processed after the Symposium.
Refunds will only be made by the same method as payment was received.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
