AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIAN
AV Technicians will be onsite throughout the conference. Speakers – please ensure you download your presentations at the technician’s desk in each conference room prior to your presentation time. CAR PARKING A Wilsons pay and display public car park is available on Princes Wharf. View further details here. Valet Parking: NZD$55.00 per car, per night (strictly standard-sized vehicles only). CELLPHONES & PAGERS These must be set to silent mode when the conference is in session. Don't turn them off though or you won't be able to use the mobile app! CONFERENCE VENUE The Hilton Hotel, Princes Wharf, 147 Quay Street, Auckland, NZ. The Hilton is easily accessible from the city’s major transport hubs by bus, train, car or foot. CREDIT CARDS & PAYMENT Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Payment may also be made by cheque, payable to “Workz4U Conference Trust Account”. All fees quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST. Payment for registration must be received prior to the commencement of the conference. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER Neither the Society or the Professional Conference Organisers, will accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the meeting or related events. Please wear your name badge at ALL meeting sessions and social functions. REFRESHMENTS Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, and the Welcome Reception, as scheduled in the programme, will be served in the foyer area. REGISTRATION & INFORMATION DESK The registration desk is located in the Aquamarine Foyer of the Hilton Hotel and will be open at the following times: Sunday 12 March 2022, 5:00pm-7:00pm Monday 13 March 2022, 7:00am 5:30pm Tuesday 14 March 2022, 7:00am–3:00pm Wednesday 15 March 2022 - 7:30am–1:30pm NO SMOKING POLICY Delegates should be aware that smoking is banned in public buildings and many hotels and restaurants in New Zealand, including the Conference venue. SOCIAL FUNCTIONS Social function icons will be printed on your name badge if you have requested or purchased social function tickets. Should you wish to book or purchase any additional tickets please contact the registration desk. SPECIAL DIETS A separate table will be available for those with special dietary requirements. Please advise a member of the catering staff should you require assistance. WIFI WiFi is complimentary at the venue.
